Equipment specifications, serial numbers, attachments, and rental terms are outlined in your invoice. RENTAL TERMS Rentals follow a 28-day billing cycle with up to 176 operating hours included. Overage is billed separately (hours or days—whichever exceeds first). Rentals are pre-invoiced. Delivery will not occur until the first invoice, including all applicable fees and charges, is paid in full. Billing continues until: Written cancellation is received and Equipment is returned to Ryno Industries LOGISTICS Jobsite Address: Provided by Lessee via online form Transport Date: Specified in the official invoice Return Location: Ryno Industries Yard, 11840 State Hwy 52, Fort Lupton, CO 80621 Delivery & Pickup: Coordinated by Ryno Industries; charges included in your invoice USE & MAINTENANCE Lessee is responsible for: Operating and maintaining equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines Performing required service Returning equipment in clean, good working condition Cleaning Fees (Applied to All Rentals): Aggregate: $1,000 Concrete: $2,000 Asphalt: $5,000 Equipment must be returned free of debris, buildup, and hardened material. Additional cleaning charges may apply if equipment requires extra cleaning beyond standard use. WEAR PARTS & SCREENS Lessee is responsible for all consumables and wear-related parts, including: Blow bars, liners, screens, belts, and rotor components Repairs resulting from misuse or neglect Screen Policy: First set of screens is free if in stock Specialty or out-of-stock screens must be quoted and prepaid Screen swaps (parts + install) are billed to Lessee If screens are required for your rental and not in stock, they must be paid for prior to ordering. Lead times may delay the rental start date, and in some cases, may result in Ryno Industries declining the rental if screens cannot be sourced in time. FUEL POLICY If returned without a full tank, a fuel charge of $8.00 per gallon will be applied. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Lessee must: Maintain full-value insurance on all leased equipment List Ryno Industries, LLC as Additional Insured and Loss Payee Upload a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before delivery Failure to provide a COI = Lease Default OWNERSHIP & TITLE All leased equipment remains property of Ryno Industries. Lessee may not: Sublease, relocate, or encumber the equipment Remove ownership markings Ryno Industries may file a UCC lien or mark the equipment for identification. RISK OF LOSS Lessee assumes all risks, including theft, accident, vandalism, misuse, and weather damage. Insurance does not release Lessee from liability. LEGAL COMPLIANCE Lessee is responsible for following all local, state, and federal regulations, including: Safety, air quality, and environmental codes Obtaining any required permits INDEMNIFICATION Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ryno Industries from any damages, claims, losses, or legal costs arising from the use, transport, or condition of the equipment. DEFAULT & REMEDIES A default occurs if the Lessee: Misses a payment Fails to provide valid insurance Misuses or moves equipment without approval Files bankruptcy or provides false lease information Upon default, Ryno Industries may: Terminate the lease Repossess equipment (with or without notice) Accelerate all unpaid balances Charge 18% annual interest on overdue amounts Recover legal and repossession costs Lessee remains responsible for: Unpaid rent Damage beyond normal wear Loss of rental income Forfeited purchase options JURISDICTION This Agreement is governed by Colorado law. All legal matters must be resolved in Boulder County, Colorado. Equipment Condition Acknowledgment Clause *I confirm that I will inspect the equipment within 24 hours of delivery. I understand that I must use the Online Delivery Inspection Form to report the condition of the equipment and note any damage observed upon arrival. If no form is submitted within 24 hours, it will be assumed that the equipment was received in good working condition with no visible damage. I accept full responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during the rental period.Submit
