General Rental Terms – Ryno Industries
Ryno Industries offers equipment rentals with transparent terms to ensure clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions. Below are our general rental policies, followed by a link to our full lease agreement.
Rental Period & Billing
Rentals are based on a 28-day cycle, considered a full month.
Each monthly rental includes up to 176 machine hours.
Rentals are pre-invoiced. The first month’s rent and all transport charges must be paid before delivery.
Credits or adjustments, if applicable, are issued at the end of the rental cycle.
If payment is not received before the start of the next rental cycle, equipment will be removed from the jobsite at the lessee’s expense.
By making a lease payment, you agree to Ryno Industries’ rental terms.
Usage Terms
Rental rates are based on single-shift use (176 hours/month).
Overtime hours are charged proportionally.
Multi-shift use must be declared upfront:
Double shift = 2x rate
Triple shift = 3x rate
Transport & Delivery
Freight is pre-invoiced and must be paid prior to delivery.
Transport quotes available upon request.
Equipment must be returned to Ryno Industries’ designated yard, clean and in working order.
Cleaning & Wear Charges
Cleaning Fees:
Aggregate: $1,000
Concrete: $1,500
Asphalt: $5,000
Chamber Wear: $2,000/month (impact crushers)
Rotor Wear: Invoiced separately based on inspection
Blow Bars: $1,500/flip or per inch of wear (new flip at rental start)
Service charges apply for bar flipping (location-dependent)
Screening Equipment Terms
First set of screens free if in stock.
Out-of-stock or specialty screens are quoted and paid for prior to rental.
Lessee pays for all screen changes and installation during rental.
Insurance Requirements
Lessee must insure all rented equipment at full value.
Ryno Industries must be listed as additional insured and loss payee.
Insurance documentation is required before delivery.
Damage, Downtime & Maintenance
Lessee assumes all risk of loss, damage, or downtime.
Lessee is responsible for routine maintenance and any repairs caused by misuse.
Equipment must be returned in good operating condition.
Taxes & Permits
Lessee is responsible for all applicable taxes, permits, and government fees.
Default & Legal
Lease default includes non-payment, lack of insurance, or misuse.
In case of default, equipment may be repossessed without notice.
Legal disputes shall be resolved in Boulder County, Colorado under Colorado law.
